The Livechat team responds to and supports customers during their initial contact:

  • Verify customers on Ads-RU's system.
  • Obtain information about the customer's chat.
  • Determine whether to provide direct support or transfer the chat to the AM team.

AM team

Ads-RU's AM (Account Manager) team supports customers to create advertising accounts, manage accounts, handle violations, and consult on optimizing campaigns.

How to contact the AM team?

  • AM will support customers via WhatsApp (with the WhatsApp link provided when registering).
  • Alternatively, contact the Livechat team to forward the request to AM.
